ARNAA Congratulates Dr Kehinde (Kenny) Aluko

Dr Kehinde (Kenny) Aluko has officially completed their PhD, with conferral awarded in July 2025. Their research explored the impacts of Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR) technologies on the workforce. It focused on how organisations, particularly in local government, can navigate digital transformation. The study also examined managing intergenerational workforce dynamics. The study offers critical insights into workforce strategy, change management, and adopting new technologies in complex organisational settings.
